Gary Carter
When I think about Gary Carter all I think was his awesome happy smiles. He was always happy and he has always bring smiles to around all those who are not just baseball fans, but people in general.
We live in a uncertain future. We are scare. We have lost a great person.
I used to get "The Complete Guide to Baseball", that paperback that has all these MLB players from each team, like those 3x5's. Newsprint paper with all the stats.
I think in my collection boxes, I still have the front cover where Gary Carter jumped on the Mets pitcher after they won the 1986 World Series over Roger Clemens Boston Red Sox. No offense to the great Boston Red Sox, I love that team back them because well because they had a great team, what else.
But getting back to Gary Carter, he played with the Montreal Expos and New York Mets. I always voted for Gary Carter as much as possible on those punchout all-star ballots.
I also found out that Gary Carter was born in Culver City, which I had lived there for like a decade back in the 1990s.
I am sad too. But we shouldn't. We should always think about this great smile.
I think Gary Carter had the MLB greatest smile of all time.
RIP Gary Carter, in uncertain times like we have now, we will miss you extremely dearly.
