>> Well that is true there is sooooo much to do in Miami and by being in Little cuba it could very well make going to the park even less attractive to a certian population, Now will there be enough of an interest in the fish to not only sell out but also sell the high ticked corporate boxes.

It will be less atttractive to some. I don't think it will be any less attractive for some than getting to the old stadium was. For the number who may not go, they will more than make up for that where the stadium is. I think they will do well with the corporate boxes. The buyers may not be a legitimate corporation, but money is money and who cares where it comes from. I think they will do well. They put the stadium in the right place.

And the Dolphins play 8 home games, Not 81 so they have to sell what 400,000 tickets not 3,200,000 tickets

Your point is taken. Florida fans don't set any attendance records evn the rays that have been playoff team have empty seats. My point however is that with the new stadium, their will be a large spike in attendance.

It won't be long before we find out. I do think they will draw better than they did in the old stadium. That wouldn't be hard to do though.

""My point however is that with the new stadium, their will be a large spike in attendance."
For how long? 1 season? first half of the season? First month? Or until the first losing streak? With Loria's track record once the money is not rolling in that team will be broken up faster than you can build an IKea wall unit.lol "

Well my guess would be longer then a month, the 1st year will be a huge jump over previous years attendence. The team will be improved and the stadium will be better place to see a game during the summer months with the roof closed. Time will tell and if I am wrong , I am sure that you would remind me of it...lol

If 6 families show up that would hold true.lol"

Ok well here was last years attendence:

Florida

80 games

1,520,562

19,007 avg

So I would guess it will increase by at least 1 million

Well I guess we will see how this plays out. I do know the franchise has had firesales in the past, but usually they come after they won the world series and are selling the franchise...lol
