I guess we should dump Kershaw too, he with a 5.87 post season ERA. No balls at all.

I'm not basing it on era. At least Kershaw had that good performance against the Cardinals and kept up with Wainwright. Kept us in the game, and we got the win. Greinke couldn't say the same. Every game he was in he was smashed.

Not to mention his SAD issues. I hope the Dodgers would clear steer of this guy.

He's already failed this season? 9-4, 3.61 era and 1.23 WHIP is failing?

as much as we have money to sign big names thru FA or trade, I hate to fill out all the holes with money.

IMO, a great team should be balanced between FA signings and farm-grown players.
Having said that, it would be great to have Hamilton and other big names on 1B and 3B.

But, we have good prospect in Seager, Puig, Sands, Joc, Castellanos, and so on.

Have Sands and Val Slyke play on LF in 2013 until either Puig comes up or Sands proves himself.

Sign 1 yr contract with veteran 3B with decent defense, such as Rolen, until Seager comes up.

Trade Dee Gordon and prospect arms for a top 1B.

The most important spot we need to fill thru FA is starting pitchers. Sign Greinke for #2 spot.

then the line up in 2013 will be:

C: AJ
1B: Gonzo(?)
2B: M. Ellis
3B: Rolen
SS: Hanley
LF: Sands
CF: Kemp
RF: Ethier

SP: Clayton, Zack, Chad, Cap, RDLR
