Not a good start from Betances. I wonder how much longer they will continue with him starting before moving him into a bullpen role. I think he would be better suited coming out of the pen.

We need to bring Dickerson and Adams up to the big club. Betances needs to be turned into a reliever, the sooner the better.

Excuse me. I know who plays second base. I'm talking about the Nix role. Adams is a much better hitter than Nix. He can cover 3B and shortstop and spell Cano as the utility man.

That is the same issue with Mustelier, unable to cover SS. I would love to see someone come up from AAA to replace Nix who is probably the weakest bench spot, but being able to play SS is a sticking point.

the two young lefties for Tampa ( Matt Tracy and Nik Turley) were both brilliant yesterday each pitching a complete 7 inning game in a DH....These kids are ready for AA....
