I LIKE VIDEOS WITH HAPPY ENDINGS

READ BELOW FIRST

Keep an eye on the opposing direction van parked just down the street

Talk about pinpoint accuracy! Read below then watch the
video.

The video was filmed by some Air Force Joint Tactical Air Controllers (JTAC) in Tal Afar, west of Mosul. They were with some Marine ASTs (Advisor Support Team) and are attached to Iraqi units and help train their forces on a day-to-day basis. They were in a fairly sustained firefight in the streets of Tal Afar with about 3 Anti-Iraqi Forces (AIF) and got clearance to fire a Maverick Missile. They set their video camera on the bumper of their armored HMMWV which they were using for cover.

You can hear them shooting back and forth. The rounds you can hear are from the Marines and the ones you hear pinging against the side of the vehicle with no accompanying pop are from the AIF.

When the JTACs say they just fired rifle that means the F-16 aircraft just launched the Maverick. You can hear it come in and see it strike the vehicle the AIF were using for cover.

End of story.

It is time for the President to make a decision!

"I don't know how you put somebody in, who is as 'cracker jack' as General McChrystal who gives the president very solid recommendations and not take those recommendations if you are not going to pull out. If you do not want to take the recommendations then you put your people in such  jeopardy."

Senator Dianne Feinstein

"It is time for the President to make a decision!"

And if he did you'd be on here b-tching about him not taking enough time to deliberate.

But don't let me interrupt your right wing circle jerk.

I think if you took the time to look, instead of simply react is that I have never been critical of President Obama for making a quick decision. The best example that I can point to is signing the Stimulus Bill. While I thought there were components of this Bill which were not prudent, like Pork Odor Research, I am not one to throw the baby out with the bath water. I instead let the commitment of Democrat Leadership in the House and Senate, and well as the White House rule the day. They argued that this Bill was necessary quickly in order to keep unemployment below 8%, which was a reasonable goal. But I was never critical for the speed by which they passed the Bill.

I am however quite critical at the pace by which the President is going about making the decision on Afghanistan. He is no longer a candidate, he is instead the Commander in Chief. You do not get any awards for making tough decisions, in a prudent timeframe, but they need to be done.

So in typical fashion you made an accusation without any facts, just emotion. I suggest you ponder this closely. This is a key career limiting factor.

This is a decision that should have already been made. If a strategy was in place, you'd know what your upper limit was on troop deployment. After 8+ months of being on the job, you'd think that this would have been set by now. And yeah, Bush was slow on this too, no argument there.

"Bush was slow on this too, no argument there."

The difference being Bush was slow on this because he was busy clearing brush on his ranch and trying to figure out how he could mislead the country into supporting a war in Iraq.

This would have been an excellent choice. Long live her memory!

Very funny.

It is an interesting historical tidbit that Hitler himself was nominated in 1939 for this Prize, by Swedish Politician Erik Brandt.

One only has to travel on the roadways of Germany to see some positive things done during the realm of Chancellor Hitler. If only his aspirations had stopped in the Rhineland, and Sudatenland!

One only has to travel to Auschwitz or Dachau to see how history will always judge him.
