Paul got more donations for two months, that's all. The rest is a full load of garbage. The President is bring troops home from Afghanistan, reducing our force there. It is a Spec Ops mission and those pros don't suffer what you describe at all.

that's pretty odd. done "out of respect" for afghans?

s.crew that. the afghans are ambushing and murdering our soldiers. we should leave them to the taliban and bring our men and women home.

All the President Obama supporters that post here have expressed some opposition of one thing or another. But it pails to the opposition expressed against his predecessor.

"Paul got more donations for two months, that's all. "

thats a bold face lie..ron paul raised about 263k in the last 3 quarters of 2011 alone from active duty military..more than all other candidates combined including obama..thats over 3 quarters, 9 months..you want to know why??...here is a poll from the army times asking active military questions

"According to a recent poll done in 2011 by the Military Times, 71% of the troops are in favor of a complete withdrawal from Iraq. Also, the poll shows president Obama's approval rating dropping to ultimate lows on overall performance and his handling of the Afghanistan war. Fewer respondents said they would recommend a military career this year than every year since 2006 and 9% less said they would recommend a Military career than those in 2010. Out of all responses only 14% believe we've been very successful in Iraq. According to this poll, pessimism is growing among the troops and they're beginning to lose confidence."
