Trading out of 31 seems plausible but i dont see them trading 3 prospects, especially when one first rounder could bring a nice haul in and of itself. They have to draft another corner and defensive end somewhere.

Talk of maybe Mccourty being on the trade block or playing safety full time, either way he seems to have lost his corner job entirely in 2011 with some lackluster performances.

I would love to see them go after a big, quick end/olb. Maybe someone like Whitney Mercilus or Vinny Curry.

#ESPNbloggermock coming true? RT @AlbertBreer: Per league sources, Patriots have inquired with Seattle about what it would take to get to 12

Probably both of their first rounders and more, sigh...Who would they even want? Coples? Blackmon? Richardson? To see Belichick move up wouldnt be a shock, but to see him move up as high as 12 would be pretty surprising.

Alot of mocks had the pats selecting Stephen Hill late in the first but got to be someone beasty they're after if they would jump to 12.

I go to OSU right now, and know what Blackmon can do, and love to get him. I just don't think there is any shot of that happening, he'll go too high I think for the Patriots to go that far.

Coples is a possibility if they want to trade up. Great talent, but with potential character issues. A lot of mock drafts have the Pats looking at Harrison Smith from ND at safety.

A lot of drafts have the Pats drafting Whitney Mercilus at some point with their picks. However, we all know how mock drafts turn out.

We always say they'll draft a certain position and they don't. I don't expect this year to be different!

Definately a possibility, in 2 hours we shall see. The obvious spots are de, db and perhaps an offensive lineman now that light has retired. Course, bb could shock us all and take a wideout first lol...

They'd have to trade up and get Ingram. Jets love him and are likely to try and trade up themselves to get him.
