it has been too politicized for him to get a fair trial. too many jurers will feel their lives will be threatened if they give an innocent verdict. its been tainted the whole process. He would be smart to get out of the US,there is no justice here for him.

Yeah, just like the OJ trial, or Casey Anthony, or Rodney King, or Johannes Mehserle, or.........

You are ridiculous.

I feel sorry for this guy, a victim of racial hatred, he had to go into hiding because of death threats. Now the threat of mob violence trumps the law, sickening. He did open up a defense fund, I'll make a donation:

OJ was not a fair trial. it turned into a racial trial also. in this case, jurers probably will fear for their lives if they return a verdict of innocent. I can not see this being fair as badly as the media has made this a racial event and how biased against him the reporting has been. I really think he would be better to go to mexico because I can't see him getting any type of fairness in the system here. the american justice system works fine if we don't politicize it, unfortunately we just did.

It's pretty much the Duke LaCrosse case all over. Another black eye for the USA.

imagine if the guy was actually white how bad this really would be. he would have already been taken out by some of those seeking justice.

No it's not.

As a former Deputy Prosecutor, I can tell you unequivocally that every case I heard about where an unarmed person was shot and killed by an armed person resulted in some charges of some variety.

That being said, I find it difficult to believe a conviction will ensue here.

So settle down. The justice system is working here.

so if someone late at nite breaks into my house, I can not shoot them unless I know for certain they are armed?

I think that Frida had it nailed when she said all it took for the Right to support a Democrat is he had to kill an unarmed black man.

for the sake of our country, I hope he is convicted. We certainly don't want a rodney king repeat.

Truth be told you Righties are rooting for a "Rodney King" repeat so you can make it even more about race than you already are doing. Pretty sad.

Interesting, I would think they'd bring him in for questioning or a statement first. Then charge him if need be. Have they questioned him at all? Also, the Duke LaCrosse case was simply a case about race tetering on lies, much like this one. That's my reference.

Michelle Williams - NBPP on the radio.

I just want to say to all the listeners on this phone call, that if you are having any doubt about getting suited, booted, and armed up for this race war that we’re in that has never ended, let me tell you somethin…the thing that’s about to happen these h.onkies, these crackers, these pigs, these pink people, these motherf*er purple people…it has been long overdue

“I say to everyone that is on this call right now, I‘m comin’ out of the gate…my prize right now this evening is going to be the bounty, the arrest– dead or alive– for George Zimmerman. You feel me? To every brother, to every female, I am for violence if non-violence means we continue postponing a solution to the American black man’s problem just to avoid violence. You feel me? It’s time to wake up, I don’t know how else…It’s in me to fight. It’s in me to raise up soldiers. It’s in me that every time my feet touch the ground the state of Florida- these crackers- they scared.

“I’m kinda pissed off right now that the state of Florida ain’t on fire. This could not have happened in L.A. because them brothers up there are not scared to riot. This could not have happened in St. Petersburg Florida, where the black man over there are ain’t scared to kill a cracker.”

Good. If there is enough evidence to prove that he initiated the [violent] encounter, then he should be found guilty. Innocent until proven guilty, remember. Finally, justice will be served.

But will that be enough if he is found innocent? Nope, of course not.

jesse and media told us he was not even brought in for questioning. later we see the video where he is brought in with handcuffs. jesse always has a problem with truth.

Patty, perhaps you can lend some insight then, why would Holder get involved at any point?

Explain the level of his involvement, I'm not familiar. Did he comment?
