It made no difference to the outcome of last night's game but it was good to see Manny Machado get that long-awaited double. It took him three games to get it.

Machado's career line: 3 games, 12 PA, 12 AB, 4 R, 5 H, a double, a triple, 2 HR and 5 RBI. He's hitting .417/.417/1.167 with only one strikeout. Manny hasn't drawn a walk or stolen a base yet. He should fix that today.
