I was leaving to take my kids to school and go to work so no time to research anything till I got to my desk. My first half-joking comment was "are there any neighbors we haven't seen in a while, I think someone's dead". Second more sobering thought was indeed terrorist attack of some sort. And I'm about 15 miles NE of Bristol. I couldn't imagine being any closer to it.

Haven't smelled it since Wednesday night though.

What was especially weird for me was that a couple days ago a bunch of cops and FBI agents came zooming past my house and pulled up at a house down my street. No arrests were made and no one knows why they came, but that's why the terrorist thought came to mind. I was thinking my shady neighbors were up to something really bad. Anyways, the smell here is gone, and I'm alive, so all is well.

In general or just the other day? I would be amazed if those fumes traveled that far.

I don't know about Bristol's plant, but her bush doesn't smell too well.
