"Yeah but do we really need to see some ugly chick's bush?"

Yeah, I wasn't a big fan of that one either.

"One can only hope that this becomes a referendum on the tea party. The losses of Brown, Mourdock, Akin, West, Walsh and the razor thin win for Bachmann should signal to the GOP that they need to make a shift toward the center. "

The teabaggers lost 10 of 14 senatorial races, does the GOP get the message? I doubt it. The GOP needs to modify some of its stances to remain relevent. When the demonize, the poor, women , gheys, and minorities, they won't get their votes.

I've seen some members of the GOP mention this already. The demographics of the country are changing and they need to find a way to connect with that. They can no longer win elections relying on the old, white man vote anymore. They're going to have to come to the middle if they want to remain relevant, especially in regards to social issues. Their extreme position on abortion may have been the death of the tea party because it certainly destroyed them in this election.

I'm not in Congress. Calling them names is fitting, because that's how they behave. But my name calling has ZERO effect on their ability to cooperate.

Well I also think their stand on immigration isn't helping them either.
