I'm sure you judge people on some level. What's the difference in saying some entertainer can not be your favorite because he/she has tattoos and you don't like the sound of their voice? If some entertainer is NOT your favorite, you are making a judgement based on something.

Lame? Not really. We all have players who will not be our favorites for one reason or another.

the difference with your analogy is, you say you don't like him because of his tatts, not because you think he's a lousy ball player. If I said I don't like a singer because of the way he plays the drums, whats that got to do with his voice?

Lol I said I get annoyed, I didn't say i scold them everytime they climb over the bleachers and their parents do nothing. And I don't mind when children cheer for the team seeing as I'm usually pretty loud myself in the stands. I'm more upset at parents for letting their children impede my ability to watch the game because i'm too busy maneuvering their children.

I've never seen one that I cared for. Never liked Kim.....even before he blew it in New York. Ziegler is a nice guy but i'm not a fan of him either. Didn't we have a side arm starting pitcher back in the early days?

I NEVER SAID I DON'T LIKE HIM. I said he will never be one of my favorite players. There is a big difference. Based on what I've seen and read, I think he's a really good guy. I also think he's a decent ballplayer. I like all of the Dbacks players, but not all of them are my favorites for various reasons.

Just like a baseball player I would judge a musician by the way he does his job and his actions but never by the length of his hair, his tats or his looks.

Please don’t tell me your iPod has only clean shaven people with short hair and not too many tats, if so your missing out on some really good tunes.

This is the year 2012. Walk into your local Apple store and look at the employees. They are not what you would approve of, that’s because Apple gets it.

That's way off-base Slee. To the best of my knowledge a person is born with a particular skin color and tattoos are a choice one makes. I have absolutely no problem with anyone because of the color of their skin, their religion (as long as they don't try to foist it on me), sexual orientation, etc.

Tattoos and length of hair are the result of an action(s), just like chewing tobacco. There is nothing wrong with disapproving of the way someone presents themselves. It's the actions you may or may not take that could be wrong. In all likelihood your first date with your wife or girlfriend was based at least in part on her appearance. As parents we constantly judge and even dictate the appearance of our kids based on what we think is appropriate.

By the way, I don't think I would ever buy an Apple product, but that's another story.

I have mixed feelings about that.
