I don't know, I think he is better than Bills. Bills has a career ERA of 3.71, Garza ERA 3.85. Bills WHIP 1.37, Garza's 1.28 that's with Bills pitching against no DH and in the NL west with no offensive juggernaut his whole career. Garza pitched in the AL East against the Yanks and Sox at their height. Now, he is in Wrigley a hitters park and faced STL and MIL with their lineups while Pujols and Prince were still there. Not to mention Holiday, Beltran, Braun, etc. Anyway, I don't think the Cubs trade Garza for Bills.
