Wandy's still my favorite current Astro

1. Altuve-Underdog and loves to play.
2. Lowrie- nice to have a short stop that is not a black hole.
3. Shafer (so far)- much maligned. Could end up better than Borne.

I liked Bourn, but he didn't seem to make any distinction to playing for the Astros or any other team even though he was borne and raised here.

For a minute there I thought you had lost what little bit of your mind you had left and were talking about Schafer and Bourn. Thankfully I read it again.

He would have to live up to his expectations.
I am not saying he will and that is why I put so far in parenthesis.
He may just end up a so so often injured pot head with failed expectations.
Pretty much where he is now, but they say he has the talents to do well so I want him to be better than Bourn, who didn't care if he played for us or not.

So far this year, I almost have to go with Meyers.
