I've been explaining this for the last month or more since the promotional schedule came out:

The Bobblehead promotion and the Nats rotation schedule have absolutely no connection. Stephen Strasburg is not scheduled to pitch on his bobblehead giveaway day. Right now it would appear to be Edwin Jackson.
