I think what GeorgeC meant is the latter, Gene. Yes he won on a technicality but the MLB fans may overwhelmingly see it differently and let's face it, the court of public opinion while not the same as prison, is it's own kind of he!!

The courier guy put it in his fridge overnight - just like he always had when a shipment needed to be delayed. He actually did it because otherwise the sample would have been in the FedEx mailbox thingie overnight.
