I usually don't question management a ton but even at the time I was wondering why they didn't bring either Hawkins or Saito back. I just looked at their numbers and sadly they both have ERA's under 2. I wonder though since every reliever is struggling here this year if Hawkins or Saito would too.

Saito hasn't even thrown 5 innings this season...

Since the bullpen's struggles have been entirely Kyles' fault, yes they would have struggled also.

Cr..ap scratch him, still though Hawkins is having a good year. I would have at least liked another veteran after they let those 2 go but oh well.
