shhh!! You're not supposed to tell the other team that!! :P

But I still think that the Tigers would want him. High Ks, Slugger, bad infield D fits right in with the rest :P

I don't know about you, but I never need to set aside $20. I'll pay you if I have to though, however the outcome is no more certain than it was a month ago when I had you by 30 points.

Maybe DM just loves to see white people fail

I thought it was obvious that it was a figure of speech. The further we go into the season, the harder it is for numbers to change. Statistically, it is certainly more likely now.

Trading someone at the lowest point of their value is not smart and has never been an AA move. (unless it's trading for another player with a similar low value with possible upside)

But trading someone to get something back, little or big value, when this is his final contract year, with no intention of resigning him is a good idea.

My whole point is, it would be idiotic to trade KJ right now when he has absolutely no value. As Grant said, 36% K rate over the last month. I am not against trading the guy, but you have to wait until he builds up some kind of value before he gets dealt. Which is usually the AA way, so I'm not too worried about it.

I'll take Obvious Mathematical Statements for $1200 please, Alex.

If it's so obvious then why didn't you get it in the first post?

I'd rather save on KJ's salary and see what Hech has to offer than keep KJ

"Statistically, it is certainly more likely now."

---

This is the obvious statement I was referring to.

It's like saying "the more time that goes by, the closer I am to death."

I don't know how much katydid breeders make so I really can't comment on the obviousness of you having $20 at any given time.

Yes, I know. You said the opposite in the post before.

We don't make a ton, but I can always set up another breeding pair if I'm short a $20.

I don't think it's fair to compare Hill and KJ

Both needed a change of scenery. There's no reason to think Hill would be producing the way he is now if he stayed in TOR this year.

Oooooh, Mantis vs Mantis!

Most mantis fights are almost boring, because any time you see Mantis vs Something Else, the mantis always wins and it's never close. Scorpions tend to pwn too.

And any time you see a katydid, you know it's going to lose.

Awww, I thought that was a Dead Leaf Mantis. The stick insect didn't have a prayer.
