The .400 may be a stretch, but I have seen some of the great hitters in baseball who did not have the plate smarts that Goldie has this early in their careers. This kid is just plain outstanding at the plate. At the start of this season, he had a hole in his swing that a truck could have been driven through. He had trouble with any pitch with movement on it. Pitchers took advantage of his inexperience...EVERYTHING that he has done in a very short time is beyond remarkable. Yeah, as long as this kid remains self-confident without becoming an arrogant "I am soooo important' buffoon, he will carry a very high BA and hit for power. As far a Para: he will hit .300 and IF he is fortunate enough to remain in ONE outfield position for an extended period of time, his arm and range should get him an All-Star nod.
