I think all romney would do is change some things around the margin. he is not being honest if he thinks he can repeal obamacare, it needs 60 senate votes. do you think the dems will go along? I don't. so the only option is to let it die on the vine by massive spending till it collapses or to ignore the law if he is president, which obama likes to do but not sure if a repub will be that arrogant.

its basically the same talking point, just reworded abit.

give it up, you are the christian rightwing of repub party.

rick perry's mistake was to suggest he had doubts in evolution, he was pandering to your faction of the party and it cost him credibility. you guys need to learn that the bible isn't 100% a literal document, it has metaphors and was not meant to be regarded as literal in all ways.

So one issue, that isn't true makes me something I am not? Pretty poor logic.

I have already pointed out to you that tax items require a simple majority vote up or down and is by Senate rule not allowed the filibuster. You are lost in preconceived talking points.

thats good then, if the repubs have the courage to kill it by killing the taxing of it. that is probably the only method they are going to be able to do it, the dems will complain that we are pulling an obama by not enforcing a law (without providing proper taxing to support it),but thats fine with me.

I have no real problem with it. They have the right to be as miserable as the rest of us.

so you don't view marriage as between a man and a woman.

I don't think that is a function of government. As far as whether I think it us right or not, I don't think that us for me to say.

no, that is not what they think, most think it should be left up to states and that civil unions should be allowed for federal govt.

The Christian right? LOL, no, they feel there should be a law outlawing marriage between people of the same gender. At the federal level. Not sure where you get your misinformation.

if you look around at the state levels the christian right is putting theiir energy in passing state laws banning it. sure, they do not want congress to be enacting federal laws saying its ok,but their focus is at the state level to get it banned.
