Baseball has only been really successful in Japan and the Caribbean nations outside of the United States and Canada.

The Irish Free State never formally adopted the statute, although motions of approval of the Report of the Commonwealth Conference were passed by the Dáil and Seanad in May 1931. The British had wanted to exclude from the statute the legislation underpinning the 1921 Anglo-Irish Treaty from which the Free State's constitution emerged, but the Irish objected and the other Dominions concurred. When an amendment to similar effect was proposed at Westminster by John Gretton, the British government duly voted it down. When Éamon de Valera led Fianna Fáil to victory in the 1932 Free State election, he began removing monarchical elements of the constitution, beginning with the Oath of Allegiance. The British felt this was morally objectionable but legally permitted under the statute. Robert Lyon Moore, a Southern unionist from County Donegal, challenged the legality of the abolition in the Free State courts and then appealed to the Judicial Committee of the Privy Council (JCPC). The right of such appeal had itself been abolished in the meantime. In 1935 the JCPC ruled that both abolitions were valid under the Statute of Westminster.

Yeah, there's a replay feature. You can also turn off updated scores, so when you go to watch the replay it will still say that the game hasn't started, hence not giving away the result. It's very nice.

Same as 'Chyron', just like kleenex. It's the graphics machine that allows for the nifty name supers and tv station logos that appear on news television.

"Europe would be entirely Islamic if the Moors succeeded"

Not necessarily true - there's an awful lot of Europe, and one victory rarely stops a campaign capable of going much further.

"Then, there would be no United States because the U.S. was founded by Europeans. "

You could easily argue that there'd be no United States after a number of events - even things as obscure as French admiral Tourville intercepting William III's much smaller fleet in the Irish Sea in 1690.

The Moors had better technology than the Europeans did at the time. If they did succeed, much more of Europe would have been Islamic.

Some of the buildings from the Umayyad dynasty were incredibly intricate and full of design technology wise.. But we're talking Muslims on the other side in the Levant near Palestine/Jordan though. Either way, their predecessors and Saladin gave Europeans a run for their money during the Crusades.

The Europeans had inferior technology, and they had to trek across the desert where their armor baked them making them cumbersome. The Muslim camel archers then arrowed them down when they least expected it.

We should make a timeline of human history that records everything that has ever happened. Let's start with this post and go back.
