I saw Turley had a blister problem. He needs to get some pickle brine. Is he related to "Bullet" Bob, do you know? Montgomery is striking out hitters at a terrific rate. Let's hope the arm holds up. Agree on Sanchez to AA. Murphy will be OK.

Romine's injury sounds pretty significant. Guess we shall see.

I've followed Montero's progress for at least three years, and there were also some scouting reports that said there were improvements in his game. Why not at least try and be honest? It certainly can't hurt you at this point. I mean, everything you've stated about this trade has proven you wrong. Time to give up. It's okay to be wrong. It just means you're human.

All the reports on his improved defense was from the Yankees, if you can post some of these scouting reports from unbiased sources on his improved defense please do so. All of the independent scouting reports I read on him were that his defense if improving was not nearly good enough to be an everyday catcher.

I know this because I was always looking to see something positive about his defense, I wanted to see good news about him because I wanted to keep him.

Yet somehow Eric Wedge (ex-catcher) is starting him over John Jaso. Do you know more about catching than Eric Wedge?

Yeah, I just came across a scouting report while he was still in the minors that was pretty harsh on his catching, although he saw some improvement, but not enough to convince him the Yankees should continue the experiment. He went on to say, as a catcher and with his bat, he is the #3 prospect in all of baseball. He also said, because of his bat, he would still be a top 10 prospect no matter where he plays.

So nice that you care. I knew there was a heart in there somewhere. Now a brain... that's a different story.
