They should just scrap the catching part...the guy can't go more then 40 games behind the plate without winding up on the DL...

Conger is only hitting .205. Albeit in limited abs. I'm not as convinced as you that he is a major league player unless he reworks his swing. I also am not sure that Morales is a hot trade commodity after his ankle surgeries and with Boras as his agent. He's been out for two years.....I think his numbers will improve as the season progresses. It was unfortunate that Conger was injured when Iannetta went down.

Well, he can't be the full-time DH if Calhoun is going to be in RF eventually.

Morales to Tampa Bay? What would they offer?

I don't see them offering much for a full time dh and I think the Angels need him for 2012.

Morales was out for two years and is still adjusting, by the time the year is over, I think he'll be between 18 and 25 home runs, not bad for a DH, and next season if they keep him will be even better, IMO.

Conger is another Izturis...injury-laden.

Kendrys would only fit an AL team...he is not 100% on that ankle and my guess he never will be.

DH gives a team flexibility when the DH can play the field. Kendrys is not mobile enough to play 1B anymore. Besides, Pujols has 1B locked up for 10 years.

Kendrys cannot run the bases nor play the field and that does not make him an asset, unfortunately.

Angels need to scout for another catcher in a trade that is ML-ready and can hit.

Wells makes for roster probs. In 2013 we could see an outfield of Trumbo, LF; Trout, CF; Wells, RF.

Bourjos is the 4th outfielder but would be more valuable as a tradepiece. It isn't fair to him to keep him as a late-inning defense.

Iannetta is doubtful to be as he was before the wrist fracture...catcher is a prob area.
