They have seven teams within cities that have no other major team in any sport - Orlando, Salt Lake City, San Antonio, Oklahoma City, Portland, Sacramento, Memphis.
The NHL, which has the same problems, also has seven - Montreal, Ottawa, Vancouver, San Jose, Columbus, Calgary, Edmonton - but they're filling a market demand in those Canadian cities.
The NFL has two - Green Bay, Jacksonville
The MLB has zero.
