The Pirates are one of the least interesting matchups for the Dodgers during the season. Nobody is interested in the Pirates except Pitt natives. They've been an insignificant team since the 1970's. That's probably why they scheduled the Pirates as the opening series opponent this season. You know, try to sell a series that generally has very little interest to Dodger fans.

Speaking of the 70's. Remember those god awful Pirate uniforms from that era? The Yellow and Black ones with those stupid Stove Pipe hats? God those were hideous.

It's much more fun when you pick a team and root for them to win. Give it a try.

But then what if he picked the losing side? We've seen his creative spin, however, that would put his chameleon tactics to the test. He might be 'wrong.'
