<More gold from the Angels board:

Would the A's do Bourjous for Grant Balfour?

Conclusion: Only if they're willing to suck it up and trade Coco Crisp somewhere else.

As a Jays fan, I'm happy for this trade, a player with Rasmus' upside is a lot harder to replace than the pieces they gave up for him: a decent but unspectacular prospect, good but replacable pen arms and the 7 million or whatever was left on Teahen's contract.

I don't recall any awful throws from him, but I don't exactly remember any really good throws off of the top of my head. He does not have a noodle arm compared to other CFers.

"Trolling the WS Champions board about a trade that helped them win and included a player that has not lived up to the hype sure makes them look stupid."

Can't argue with that, it does look really stupid.

the braves were the only team in mlb to tank last season. the blue jays are on a 20 year playoff drought because al east teams never tank in september.

You're prized prospect left for greener pastures, can you blame him?

"cards fans tried to warn you guys not to get too hyped on his potential"

And that is exactly what precipitated the weekend troll job on your board.

Cards fans believe he is terrible and a cancer, and a noodle arm, and can't hit, and so on and on and on. But I can honestly say, I have never seen so many fans that are so happy a guy is gone, so OBSESSED with him.

If you are all so happy he is gone, why keep track of how he is doing on your MB.

For "true baseball fans", you guys are the most vindictive people I have ever seen. Most of your board wishes him to fail. You are hoping that he turns into a disaster, and now that he is living up to his promise, STL fans are ticked off.

No wonder the guy was so happy to get traded.
