"BTW Colby is 20th or worse in the major categories."

What are the "major" categories esteemed True Cardinal fan?

Because the actual categories that matter would indicate you're probably full of <shit.

You need to realize that as far as Jays fans are concerned, they are very happy with Rasmus. He has made some fantastic catches, is hitting the ball to all fields, had two HR's in one game and has settled in with a team of young guys, and he seems happy here, and he hasn't displayed the noodle arm that you all talk about.

Jays fans get sick of card fans trolling to remind us of his BA, etc. etc. etc. So when the opportunity came, your board got it full force.

The Jays traded spare pieces, and you guys got a WS. But you didn't get it because you gave up Rasmus. You got it because the Braves blew it.

When you take home your trolls, I am sure the situation will improve.

<More gold from the Angels board:

Would the A's do Bourjous for Grant Balfour?

Conclusion: Only if they're willing to suck it up and trade Coco Crisp somewhere else.

As a Jays fan, I'm happy for this trade, a player with Rasmus' upside is a lot harder to replace than the pieces they gave up for him: a decent but unspectacular prospect, good but replacable pen arms and the 7 million or whatever was left on Teahen's contract.

I don't recall any awful throws from him, but I don't exactly remember any really good throws off of the top of my head. He does not have a noodle arm compared to other CFers.

"Trolling the WS Champions board about a trade that helped them win and included a player that has not lived up to the hype sure makes them look stupid."

Can't argue with that, it does look really stupid.

the braves were the only team in mlb to tank last season. the blue jays are on a 20 year playoff drought because al east teams never tank in september.
