"Be a Yankees fan then. "

if there wasn't a team in toronto there would be 29 teams I'd choose before the yankees.

radio isn't bad for day games... hard to stay awake at night listening to the radio. so it would work for ST.

<It's possible to listen to the audio on MLBtv for free during the preseason I believe. Unfortunately, the announcers who do those broadcasts suck.

yeah, cityTV did games but there were more infomercial than ball games. they would do interviews with staffers and pimp tickets all game. they miss entire innings babbling about nothing. waist of broadcast time.

yeah, I'm 6 hours ahead of toronto. 1pm starts are great. that's a nice 7pm for me. I hate west coast games. that 4 am start is really rough, but I still manage to see most of the games.

Expand your horizons a little.

Watching baseball on the muted T.V. with the radio on is pretty sweet.

I wanna try listening on the radio while I'm at the dome this year, I've heard it awesome.

no, I moved here in 89. I was born in Toronto and grew up in southern ontario. moved here with the ex.

grew up playing baseball. was a pirates fan until the jays came along. in hind sight, late 70's was a good time to leave the pirates behind :-P

7am is only a bad time if you have to work. in the summer it is already way past sunrise when the 7pm est games end.

Grew up listening to Duke Snider and Dave Van horn for the expos and as you say the game of baseball is fantastic on the Radio in fact it's the only good sport on the radio in my opinion. I work in a Penitentiary and have my XM radio set up on weekends and evening with the game on all the time the Con's think it's hilarious.
