BTW -- Bake McBride came up through the St. Louis Cardinals organization and was with them for 5 yrs -- the SAME amount of time McBride was with the Phillies, followed by 2 yrs with Cleveland. McBride didn't even spend the majority of his ML career with Philly. McBride never made it to the HOF either.
