Interesting that you can't even start a thread about Ralph on the 49ERS message board. Their board monitors are idiots.

No Ralph! That is crazy! Amici's is crying! Ralph was die hard. I only listened to that show because of Ralph. I hate Tolbert! Is that you...Tolbert? He is a U of A guy! Sun Devils forever! No longer listening to that program! Love Teddy though! Maybe they give him the gig! Ray Woodson would do it. I'm in Shock! It has to be 30 or so years that I've listened to Ralph. This is sad!!!

Probably Murph and Mac. They love Amici's, especially Paulie Mac.

I don't really like Amici's though. The last time I ate their pizza, it was burnt. There was nothing relly spectacular about their pizza to me.

I might have to try out that pizza place that Matt Cain is pimping now, Patxis Pizza. Have you or anyone else on here, tried Patxis Pizza?

Wow indeed.

Ralph was probably my favorite KNBR host. He didn't pull punches and also didn't come across as a dumb jock, (or wannabe jock) which many sports talk hosts can tend to do.

He will be missed.

I have to agree that Gary's stuff is getting way old. I would love to have his back because we come from the same high school, but he annoys me a lot. Murph and Mac and Fitz and Brooks are the two best sports radio shows period. I'll give an honorable mentions to Burns but he's gone all the time and FP was better.

Maybe KGO can find a spot for him? Or do character voiceovers for Pixar.

I didn't care for Barbieri at all. Too wordy, too overly wordy and talkative and his voice just irritated me. Still I wish him the best.

He would have grounds for a massive lawsuit if they did that.

He did call in and say fans were "Correct" to boo Warriors owner.

I'd be more than happy to say goodbye to Radnich, Byrnes, and Rod Brooks.

"As it was only admin staff got the axe. So Ralph
very well may have backed Cumulus into a corner by going public. Then in turn after awarding him a
new contract, Cumulus brass probably documented every single discrepancy on and off air as well as
the slightest infractions against company policy. Thus is the heartless ugly corporate culture."

-> Tom Tolbert: "Ralph will be with us, when he gets here..."

I think people have noticed Ralph's chronic tardiness for the last year (maybe more).

Maybe that's due to family obligations, his illness, or he and Tolbert just have it worked out that way;
but it's possible it was "half-the-peace-sign" to Cumulus.

Maybe Barbeiri stole a stapler. Cumlingus will regret they fired him.

By Ralph...please take Gary with you, he's really the only reason I listen to the Jim Rome Show and not whatever else is being broadcast on KNBR in that time slot.

Ralph could be frequently annoying, such as during his interruptions just as the guest was reaching a salient point. But what will be missed most on KNBR is that he was one of the few (maybe only?) true long-time Giants' fans. It annoys me to listen to KNBR on-air staff cheering on non-local teams (Angels, Cubs, Notre Dame, LSU, etc). With Ralph gone, now's the time to bring in Mad Dog Russo!!
