I can see how ya'd give it to Ramon, seeing as he was 0 fer. But he had ONE chance in the field last night, and it was a pretty important one

Bottom 7, 4-1 Tigers

Coke in, gives up a L/O walk, (UGH) followed by a double and error by Berry to make it 4-2
After a pop-out, Santiago gets his only chance...........a 4-3 for the 2nd out , advancing the runner to third.
Coke then walked the next guy, before K'ing Pena to end the inning.

Santiago boots that ball, and the floodgates open. Certainly not a hero for making a routine play. That routine play, at a critical time in the game however, is enough for me to not give him a goat.

He also had an apportunity to blow the game open with a hit a couple of times and failed there. However, it's more about me just not liking to say "none" for either a hero or a goat. We can always find someone to blame :-)

Delmon 2/3 with the HR, against Price. Wasn't expecting that.
Jhonny with the 3rd of three GIDP's, and the "worst" of the three. For it came after the DY HR, and a single to Ruggy. If there was an inning we were going to get to Price, that was it. And it went up.....poof.
