From Twins website:
"MINNEAPOLIS -- Minnesota has now officially signed deals with 15 of its 43 picks from the 2012 First-Year Player Draft.
The latest signees include fifth-rounder Tyler Duffey, a right-handed pitcher from Rice, who was at Target Field for Tuesday's game against the Phillies. Duffey struck out 68 in 51 1/3 innings for the Owls in 2012."
It also looked like Buxton took batting practice with the Twins. In the same group as Mauer and Morneau. Didn't really see anything on how he hit.
Came across this in the BA draft blog.
Twins drafted most players in the Baseball America top 500, 23.

I know what you mean. If you look at the transactions and draft results pages, Buxton is the only one who is on there as signed. I tweeted beat writer Rhett Bollinger about it. He said he would look into it but a few days have passed and nothing has changed.
As far as the rosters go, they still have a few signings to go so with some players they might not be sure where they will start yet. They probably won't have the opening day rosters avaliable until a day or so before the leagues start. Thats the way they do it with the full season minor league teams as well.
I just seen about Santy this morning, that makes an even 20 so far...

I saw Brown signed with the Tribe for over slot and McCullers signed for the most over slot by any player this year. Not sure what the exact numbers are.
Are you as shocked as I am that Bard hasn't signed? He was lucky to get picked where he did, he couldn't possibly be trying to get more money.
I'm really not sure what Bard is doing either. Its possible he is asking for slot while the Twins are offering below slot. Still, I would be surprised if a deal isn't reached.
As for McCullers, the Astros easily had the best draft. My opinion about Correa is that he would have been a good pick even if he demanded slot. The fact that he was willing to sign for $2.4 million under was icing on the cake, that icing was what ultimately allowed them to sign McCullers. If I were an Astros fan I would be very excited about this draft.
Once again from MLBTR:
"The Twins have signed second round selection J.T. Chargois, according to Baseball America's Jim Callis (on Twitter). Chargois served as Rice's closer, and Callis notes that he can get his 93-95 mph fastball as high as 98 mph to go along with a plus curveball."
