oh I remeber the jordan rules. Michael Jordan made it possible for other NBA stars to get that 4th step after picking up his dribble. he made it possible to stop dribbling at the foul line and making a layup. So yes, the jordan rules have transformed the NBA into the game we have today.

I rarely watch NBA anymore, NFL getting lame, too.
