Good morning uko.Sadly another loss.But worse than that is the possible loss of Mark Teixiera,it maybe for only a few days,but then again more will be known after the MRI today.We are being heavily cruxified with all of these injuries.You know the list as well as me,the team can only bear so many injuries before the team suffers.I think we are at that point NOW.But we have to go out and play hard and score and pitch well.If we do not uko,well we know what will happen.Looking forward and not looking back is the only way to go uko.Lets Go Ivan.Lets Go Yankees.Have a good day uko.All the best for now and catch up later today or in the morning after the game......John.

Hello John....Yes, unfortunately, another loss. We have lost many games by one run lately.
Those, who are continously bashing Arod, maybe understand his value in the lineup, now.
As you say, they have to go out and play hard and score and pitch well. I still beleive they can do it.
There is a black spell on the team....Maria must find a way to reverse it.
Tonight Nova will be strong....I hope our hitters can be strong enough support him.

Sadly Ivan was not his good self uko.But I do recall the guy has had eleven starts where he gave up two runs or less,so it is not as though he cannot keep games tight ,is it?But tonight he could not do it.Good news at last Joba is back and hopefully his arm will bolster the BP.Move forward as always uko.I shall be watching Phil to see if he can become the stopper this afternoon.Take care uko........John.

It is nice to see one of our missing pieces back bebe.I think once we get Tex and Alex and Andy back we will start moving properly once more.I know other clubs have had injuries,but to have both infield corner fielders missing is a big hit to take,also Nick Swisher is not in the field and even as a DH is not his normal place in the line-up,and so we need him fit and well also.I also think we have some weaknesses in the BP(Eppley,Rapada and Logan to some extent)The return of a fit and good Joba will be extremely important to our progress.Phil today is important,in his last outing he gave up three solo homers and nothing else,that is the least we need from him today.Take care bebe.........John.

Good morning Maria.Inky stayed all night with me upstairs, and he slept through the night peacefully.I carried him downstairs this morning to save his legs.He is such a brave soldier Maria,he never cries out.He has not had much to eat this morning,but he is still washing himself.We hope Dharma and Booda are well and not causing too much mischief around the house.A nice performance by C.C last night and also it was good to see both Tex and Nick back playing their positions.He also saved the BP arms,which is also good news.Now for Hernandez today,as it is the only afternoon game being played it is on my cable channel(ESPN)So I shall watch it live on my television instead of on my computer at 6p.m. here.Hugs to you Maria.Sorry to hear the weather is very hot where you live.I shall send you some of our rain if you want it...LOL..Lots of L.John and everyone.xxxxxxxx
