Who am I censoring? I was stating a viewpoint as to what I am seeing in these threads that have been posted since the season started. I wasn't telling people to not whine and cry about 3 games. You, however, seem to want to censor me for my viewpoint.

Over all, I am a bit disappointed about the outcome of the games, but it is only 3 games and I know that there are a few slow starters on this team that include CC and Tex. this team is notoriously a second half team. And the "same old story" of the pitching? There was nothing wrong with Phil Hughes today other than the short outing. CC was CC and Kuroda got his introduction to AL ball. If you think that these three games are a preview of the entire season, then you might be watching the wrong games.

"let people express themselves."

That's good advice. You think?

Why is it whining when a poster(s) points out problems like, stranding runners? If it didn't happen all that often it would be an anomaly, but it has been a problem with this lineup in the past, and appears to be happening again, although it is only three games.

I think the issue has been pointed out plenty already. There's no need to continue to reiterate it over and over and over again. And of course there is no way to know if it will be a problem all year long.

I don't think you're being entirely fair. Before I saw your post, I was going to do a thread saying that it's perfectly reasonable to be concerned. Not panic, not call for anyone's head, but to be concerned.

Friday, pitching (including Mo) struggles and the offense was once again non-clutch. Saturday, the offense showed signs of life but Kuroda was bad, no one else was better. Today Hughes does ok, but the bats were again asleep.

When you consider how the "resting players" strategy last September didn't pay off, how virtually the same offense that failed in the playoffs for the second straight year is back, and the risky Montero trade, being frustrated is reasonable.

Yes, I'm well aware it's only three games. Three games though in what will be a tough American League.

Yes, I know. I seem to be the target for speaking my mind and them telling me to shut up. It is a bit hypocritical.

It's actually a little scary to imagine the alternative.

I agree but don't be suprised!

The way they see it by telling you to "shut up" they're just speaking their mind. No one likes to be told that they are responding inappropriately

That's true. I knew some people would get it. All is not lost.

"Why is everyone acting like they are a 5 year old that didn't get the Christmas present they wanted?"

Because it's not an act. Just saying.
