The word consistant is not in overfelts vocabulary,, he has always been on again off again, I thought they would have dropped him beginning of this year, but guess not..

The catcher puts down a sign the pitcher can shake it off if he likes or not. but remind me if Iam wrong here,, but if the catcher calls a pitch and puts the glove where it belongs to go, and the pitcher misses the spot by 8 feet its not the catchers fault... then again maybe it is? Hector after that 52 foot pitch in the dirt should have called time and walked out to the mound and kicked Overfelt right in the nads then said "now maybe while your bent over like that you can keep the ball down in the zone better"

I hope Sanchez doesn't go on the DL for anxiety because Affelt talked mean to him.

I think Affelt was pissed because Sanchez broke to cover 1st instead of trying to block that wild pitch.

(too soon?...lol)

With Sanchez's accent, I think Affelt thought Sanchez called "Past-Ball" instead of "Fast-ball".

Go Giants...we need a freakin' win today!

Oh get off your moral soapbox already, EVERYONE speculates, EVERYONE jokes, Huff is gonna be OK, he's probably laughing at himself right now (sorry, shouldn't "speculate" about his GRAVE condition).

Go Huff
Go Giants

Apparently not a single poster on this board has ever played a sport before. If you think this is a big deal (regardless of who's fault it is) you've gone off the deep end... It's called emotion and I highly doubt either player had any hard feelings by the end of the night...

"This is one of the cardinal sins, to show up your teammate like that in public. "

A cardinal sin? For teammates to get a little heated in the dugout? Wow... Hardly a big deal. The only thing that would make it a big deal is the media blowing out of proportion, which is what has happened here.

"I suffer anxiety attacks every time I watch the Giants, lol."

Me too, I think I need to goto the Dr., get pumped full of Med's, have a Hack Quack tell me it's all my Parent's fault, and just call in sick for a couple years while I receive welfare for the middle class.

It's the new American way! maybe I can get my Mortgage Debt Forgiven too while we're at it.

Go Accountability!
Go Giants !

So you're going to interject politics in a baseball thread, huh?
How interesting that you conveniently didn't mention corporate welfare.

I am not o.k. with it because he would NEVER do that to Posey. Never, to our knowledge, did it to whiteside or stewert or Molina....He did it to Sanchez because he was a rookie and knew he could get away with it. Like the seniors picking on the freshman in highschool to show everyone how tough they are...If your going to be like that to one player be that way to all players who screw up when yoiur on the mound...I could be biased because I have never cared for Affeldt.

I am sure he is a niiiiccceee guy. I also think his true colors were exposed on television. I like what Pat Riley says about coaching players, he likes to squeeze players real hard that way you get to see the real juice come out of them and what it tastes like....
