"Then there was the play at first where the Cardinals former first baseman, Albert Pujols, jammed his wrist / hand and is rolling around on the ground. No exaggeration, probably half the stadium was cheering at that moment, and then booing when he got back in the game."

Funny because that's not even close to what happened. The stadium booed immediately because of Braun's reaction. You should really lay off the meth.

As was I, I was just trying to be helpful since you mentioned you were a Cardinals fan, I assumed you were from Missouri.

I was at the game live, and did also DVR it and watched it again after I got home. The audio, at that point, they seriously tuned down the volume of the fans cheers and reactions to albert being hurt. Intitially yes, booing over the call, but it did turn to mostly cheers at the fact that albert appeared to be hurt. I was there, and I think Juice James was too. I know what I saw and heard, and like it or not, it was classless, and it was not just a few.

I was at that game as well and people were cheering because we thought Braun was safe, which he was. On the instant replay you could see he was. Anyway when they said he was out and Braun got up and tried to argue, that's when people booed. I was in the standing only section behind Fridays and when we saw Pujols hurt everyone was just like "oh cr..ap". The only part anyone was laughing at was how the trainer ran out there in like warp speed to check on him.

It's pretty cool that you completely change your story after someone finds the video.

Classless? Like Ozzie Smith back flipping into his position? Now that is classless.

LOL, no just entertained by idiot Cardinal fans that call us classless for cheering an injury, when that didn't happen, and the video shows it.

"When will everyone learn that this tiny message board - is .0003% of any teams fans base."

Good point, every Cardinal fan that posts here claims that they don't do meth. We know that at least 95% of that fan base does. So your stat seems accurate.

I appreciate your perspective, on what was happening at the time of the play at first regarding Braun and Pujols. My impression of what happened was the following: Yes, reaction cheering for hopefully a safe call at first, then booing the umpire yes, then cheering again as Albert is rolling around on the ground. The initial play, crowd reaction yes was loud, booing was loud. Then the longer the injury situation seemed to go on, the cheering was definitely there, and it wasn't just a few. The audio of the crowd noise was in my opinion lowered by the production crew, from what seemed to be happening when I was there live. That, or I just happened to have all of the several hundred people in the stadium who were cheering the apparent injury sitting right around me.

My point all along on bumping this thread was to try and bring attention to celebrating injuries to another team. No, I am not celebrating the injuries to the brewers in bumping this thread. I just think to celebrate injury to another player, even a very much disliked player from another team, is yes, classless.

I am sure this will not change what others are saying in this thread, and that is fine, nothing will probably change their mind.

Not the first time someone's called Brewer fans classless, couldn't care less either way.
