Niese is never a pushover but EJ is pitching one he!!uva game. We need to reward him soon.

What a shame to waste such a fantastic outing by EJ. It's crazy how we never seem to gain or lose any ground with the Braves. On to the next game.....

LA up 3-1 in Atlanta but they were up 3-1 last night too...."

Morning Bucky, Agree as to Niese, but I thought the line-up thing just iced the bats. We had a good shot at winning this one. Dems da breaks...

Ya typed;"What do you think about Morse constantly swinging at pitches way up, and LaRoche not laying down a bunt against those ridiculous shifts? Bob C said it's because he's paid to hit. Well, they're offering him a free hit every time."

First off, Morse needs to go with a lighter bat and LaRoche needs to go back to a lighter bat. When you're trying to hit a pitch outta da Park, it's all about "Bat Speed", not the size of the tree in ones hand. That's why Espinosa can hit a dinger and the rest of our sluggers are going warning track.

As far as LaRoche swinging away, ya know it's more to do with Davey's (3 run Homer) mentality. I mean, Adam will take a BB if it's offered to him.

Gim, can't believe a smart guy like Adam isn't seeing that open invitation to first base when they pull such a silly shift. Bunt laid down there's a base hit too. (Broken record!)

PLUS it would make the shift less severe going forward

Sofie, I mean to get back to you earlier.

A ball had been hit foul, and Bob corrected himself on the amount of jammage. Ray asked him if there were different kinds, and Bob mentioned that someone on the Internet had come up with a scale.
