It's definitely a hard choice to make. Baseball was my first and only love when I played and I had a choice: to take a year off and do surgery to get my elbow fixed or hope with better mechanics to fix my throwing motion. I knew I couldn't afford to take a year off so I fought through it and lost anyways.

I'm comparing apples to hog balls a bit here but if he did retire, I'd support his decision to the fullest.

Your elbow is restricted to one arm. His neck could cause total paralysis if he gets hit just right. Too risky. At least that's how I understand it from the type of surgery he had.

I am with you...sort of. If Trent is there ...I would take him at 17...he might be there..that guy is an Adrian Peterson clone. I like the Barron pick at 21 but not at 17.It al depends on who's left on the board. What if they sign Micheal Bush...do you steer away from Trent all together? Jeffery had some off feild problems..I think there are good receivers deeper too. Thats another position that could be solved in free agency, Wayne,Jackson,Manningham,Bowe,Garcon,Larent Robinson...someone with some experiance would be nice..dare I say Mike Wallace.

I think he will be headed to Denver myself...I think John Elway knows that Tblow is not the answer. Elway knows what it takes to win in the NFL and Tblow doesnt have it. He will be a one hit wonder....Vanilla Ice for sure.
