Through the years, no matter how much Rollins struggles at the plate he has always given nothing less than Hall of Fame caliber defense at short.

valdez is doing a good job so far though of getting his obp lower then his batting average.

You saw yesterday why Pete is a AAA player. He can't play everyday and not kill you on defense. He he plays everyday you will see a much lower average and he will be exposed. Galvis has an upside to him. Orr is what he is. Give me the wizard on defense any day when it comes to the infield. Freddie is starting to make pretty decent contact. Agree on the other 2 especially Nix. He is not a very food ph but as a platoon player he might win us a few games with his power. He is also pretty good in lf. Mayberry needs to play somewhere. He is not as bad as he is showing now.

Enough with Valdez! Don't we want to go younger and better? Galvis is just fine replacing Valdez. Give the kid a chance to get better. Valdez is past. Freddie is the future.

i dont know why i should be surprised, you judged galvis after 12 at bats, including his play in the field not being ready...why should 15 from pete orr be any different.

He likes a small sample, if you know what I mean. I'm not sure I know what I mean.
