2012--

NEW BUT OLD Mantra here:

Change the Product on the Field....."No more Errors" and Let's Pitch and Score Runs all on the same day in the same game...

We need a complete culture change down at Wrigley...our fan base has become nothing but a bunch of losers...and the team is terrible..:

Things we need to change..:

No More calling any other Major League Ballpark our Ballpark ever again...that is arrogant to call Pittsburgh or Cincinnati Wrigley EAST or any West coast club Wrigley WEST...Arrogant Len...how did that work for us this year?????????

fire all the bat boys with "Cache Khaki Pants" and hire regular bat boys

get rid of the "GO CUBS GO SONG" AND THE "W FLAGS" Until the Post Season OF 2012

Get rid of the 7th inning idiot performers NOW

Any Fan Throwing a Ball Back onto the Field Gets Removed from the Ballpark...Give the Ball to a Child or to a Charity Drive

And Make Plans to Build us a New Ballpark!!!

'JUST SAY NO...NO....NO"

What do you think they should replace "Go Cubs Go" with?

I personally think some Queen would be a good idea.

Yea, really doesn't bother me so much.

Not nearly as much as say at the Toyota sign that defaces Wrigley by confusing it with an auto dealership.

Or the ugly royal blue that the team for some unknown reason has replaced with the deep blue of decades past.

Or Len and Bob. Especially Len. They both really kinda svk. Especially together. Even after nearly 8 years together they still don't have much chemistry in the booth IMO.

We should hire either Put Hughes or Gary Thorne with Dan Plesac as analyst. He was superb the few times he filled in back when he was on CSN.

Why do we need a Song if and when we win a game????

Why do the Cubs even bother to play music at all before, during, and after games?

I don't care for it, but it gives a good time for people to celebrate after the Cubs win. So if people want to celebrate with it, let them and ignore it. I'm more concerned with the product on field rather then music played over the PA system.

I've watched 2 of the games this year so far, and I haven't even noticed the sign. I even forgot it was there.

I didn't even know they changed the colors of the uniform...

Len and Bob are better then quite a few pairings out there, especially Hawk on the South Side. I think you are the only one who would call Plesac superb.

Sorry to disagree but I like Len and Bob a lot and I like the song too. Find a meaningful topic to
b--ch about.

Yeah. Why don't we eliminate any celebration or fun whatsoever and sit in the stands with a scowl on our face whether the Cubs win or lose because being a baseball fan should be a dry, joyless exercise in melancholy statistical analysis.

@ Drav

- You forget the Toyota sign is there? No worries, your glaze will eventually be directed to it. It can't be avoided. It's hideous and Wrigley deserves better. I would much rather have an unimpeded view out into the neighborhood then look at car signage.

-You simply aren't that observant.

-I don't care for Hawk but when he is with Stone he is much more palpable. Needless to say that Bob can't hold a candle to Stone. Too bad the Cubs ran him off for who knows what petty reasons.

It drowns out the sound of all the Old Style drinkers passing gas.

Rainman...I do take offense here...I like Len and Bob....just arrogant to make fun of other Cities Teams and Parks when they kick us in the rear on the field....The song has to go until this Team is a World Series Contender:

I see youve encountered the resident Cubs MB Cop. Did he write you up a ticket?

No policing necessary. The list of good ol' hardslide cronies, friends, fans, hangers on, drinking buddies, and pals is well known and out there for everyone to see.

Good luck.

Carry on.

Next.

Lots of good ideas and recommendations there. Sorry you got ticketed.

I especially dislike:

7th inning singsong and gabfest
Numbskull fans waving the W flag BEFORE the game is even over - just brutal
