Unfortunately, Ted Bundy is no longer with us. He was a talented enough pitcher but execution is 90% of pitching and pitching is 90% of baseball. His execution limited his career.

Yeah, Ted would have been a good one for our bullpen. I heard he was "lights out", and that he absolutely "killed" the competition. Not sure if anyone would dare to charge the pitching mound on him like Ortiz did with Gregg. He would definitely attack the plate more instead of dancing around it. Anyway, I thought that I read somewhere that Ted's execution was electrifying?

Did I go too far?

It was also offensive to humankind, in general.

<y point was that the majority of Ted Bundys' victims were women. mostly ones on the margins of society at that. Of course Dahmer or Gacey probably wouldn't get the job done either since their victims were mainly sissy guys.

Actually, I made a great mistake mentioning his name. Seems you have a great interest in the guy. Let's talk about a different Bundy.

We could change the subject to McGeorge Bundy and talk about American Foreign Policy during the sixties. You'd like it. It's even more demented than serial killings because of the scale of the death toll.

I don't know where you're getting that the victims were "on the margins of society", that's completely untrue. Most of his victims were typical students of college age or lower.

I watched the Bundy movie years ago and most of them were hitchhikers that thought it was ok to get in the car with him. They should have known better.

I'm going to stick by my prognosis of this team that unless somebody steps up and takes control of the top of rotation we will gunning for 70 wins again.

The movie was wrong or you remember incorrectly. Many of his victims were killed in their sleep or tricked by him faking injury or impersonating a police officer. I don't recall a single victim that there's reason to believe they were hitchhikers.

"It was also offensive to humankind, in general."

Taking control of the top of the rotation means what? Like the entire starting staff is watching and taking their lead from one guy? Are you looking for a "stopper" to intervene on losing streaks. The top of the rotation thing is over rated.
