The Westin is a good place to stay and is the closest hotel to the park. Also there are a lot of good places to eat at near there. The Westin is not cheap thou, I think for my wife and I it is around 220 per night if i remember correctly. The away team also stays at the westin as well.

Thanks for all the great suggestions. I'm still having trouble finding a decent hotel under $150 in downtown Cincy or across the river. I'm a bit surprised how expensive the hotels are!

Does anyone know any Promo codes for tickets to the Reds games? I know there is a yelp site for my beloved White Sox where everyone shares promo codes. Anything similar for Reds fans?
