In re posting to all, the drop-down message above the message box has an entry for, inter alia, "ALL", that you can choose. Thus, you can address your message to everyone rather than inter partes communication with one person. I'm surprised you didn't do your due diligence in order to figure this all out earlier! In my humble opinion, it was prima facie obvious from the beginning!
