It's like a boxed frozen food made by Ruiz foods. Like a frozen taquito or something. From the company's headquarters:

Tornados Hot-to-Go Headquarters

This unique, hand-held product has taken the nation by storm! We roll oven-baked flour tortillas around a variety of out-of-this-world fillings. Then we dip them in special seasoned batters and lightly fry them to golden perfection. So Tornados are loaded with flavor inside and out. Because they are so unique, Tornados tend to become “gotta have” items customers crave and come back for time after time. With a range of flavors from spicy to sweet and AM to PM, there is a Tornado for every taste and occasion. There are even delicious Tornados for those who prefer meatless items. While they are great from a variety of heating methods, Tornados have revitalized roller grill sales across the country. In fact, they're America's best-selling roller grill snack item! However you heat them, Tornados hold well ready to sell on a roller grill or in a hot case. Tornados are ideal for Hot-to-Go because they are portable hand-held items that are ready-to-enjoy as is. And we even provide serving bags in every case, so there are no additional costs to you. Take advantage of powerful in-store merchandising, and Tornados will really heat up your Hot-to-Go sales.

Never heard of them. Who eats frozen Mexican food?

No way! I actually have a great palet and wouldn't think about destroying it with that smelly fruit based garbage. If I eat anything smelly it's a good French cheese.

There is no reason for anyone living in California to ever have to eat bad (or frozen) Mexican food.

But only available as a frozen food, not in real Mexican restaurants. That is like saying Campbell's® soup is as good as homemade.

Cold foggy day in Frisco, time for freshly baked dinner rolls and melted butter.
