I assume from the title he's just complaining as usual.

Sometimes I wonder if he's really a Met fan. Even the darkest cynic would be
happy about the sweep and the way they won today.

I was not a valid point because even if Kirk did not come through the game was still tied.

Bell was walking everybody. I'm surprised that any Mets player took even one swing. Twice in this series, they issued 4 straight walks. I have never heard of this before. I guess one record wasn't enough. They wanted to make sure nobody comes close to their feat.

I was being humorous. I wouldn't expect any player to let strikes go by with no intent to swing at all. I was referring to Hairston swinging at bad pitches. Swing at a good pitch, but make the pitcher throw strikes. Don't feel obligated to swing as he was.
