Vic, I refuse to believe they are done, this team is too talented to just lay down. What they need more than ever however is for the starters to get competitve against each other. If a guy goes 6, then next guy must strive to go 7, then the next guy must strive to go 8, and so on and so on. The offense has to light a fuse underneath them and not try so dman hard. If there are runners on base, don't try to do too much, just put ball in play. Heck, I would settle for a groundout at 2nd base to score a run from 3rd. If that happened last night after Santana's double, Indians would have been up 2-0, and who knows what would have happened after that. Someone just has to light a fire underneath them, because they can't feel sorry for themselves. No other team in baseball feels sorry for them, so why should they?
I went to the game with my Mom, and we both were on TV, it made the day, unfrotunately since they lost 10-2...LOL But the fireworks were something else. I am going on August 10th, and I will go see Bruce for Ralley Alley again, we'll see.
