If a manager sits on his hands during the game and doesn't stick up for his players on the field how much respect do you think he has behind closed doors???

Well chalk up 2 duds in a row.

3 week good run for this team, do they have 3 weeks where they play Columbus?????

Fans are going to have to start wearing paper bags over their heads.

Some of the offensive players need to come to the plate with bags on their heads to show they are embarrassed by how they are playing. And to think, they still get their millions no matter what.

Already happened in 2009, seriously I was at an Indians-Cardinals game on Friday night and a guy wearing a paper bag over his head had a sign that said "I came to see the fireworks" LOL

I don't think so, Ralley Alley is always a fun thing to do before the game. But if they keep losing like this, it might be that way...LOL

Especially once the Browns start exhibition games.

I wondered if that was you CG. I was watching rally alley and saw you talking with Bruce and heard you say you were Kevin from Canton. It's too bad the Tribe couldn't win the game but I'll bet the fireworks were awesome!

As far as the Tribe goes CG I think they are done. They just can't put runs on the board. They can't consistently score 4-5 runs a game to help the pitching staff. Derek Lowe is faltering as the season goes along and Josh Tomlin hasn't gotten the job done either. Jimenez has lost two in a row and Masterson didn't pitch very well in his last start. I think Zach McAllister has been their best pitcher for a month and I hope he stays for the next 5-6 years. I wish we could pick another pitcher up but we don't have many prospects to give up.

Anyway it was great to actually see you cantonguy! Have a great day and above all go Tribe!!!!!

Vic, I refuse to believe they are done, this team is too talented to just lay down. What they need more than ever however is for the starters to get competitve against each other. If a guy goes 6, then next guy must strive to go 7, then the next guy must strive to go 8, and so on and so on. The offense has to light a fuse underneath them and not try so dman hard. If there are runners on base, don't try to do too much, just put ball in play. Heck, I would settle for a groundout at 2nd base to score a run from 3rd. If that happened last night after Santana's double, Indians would have been up 2-0, and who knows what would have happened after that. Someone just has to light a fire underneath them, because they can't feel sorry for themselves. No other team in baseball feels sorry for them, so why should they?

I went to the game with my Mom, and we both were on TV, it made the day, unfrotunately since they lost 10-2...LOL But the fireworks were something else. I am going on August 10th, and I will go see Bruce for Ralley Alley again, we'll see.

I think the Tribe is done and I think the Tigers are going to run away from all the other teams.
