Just another stupid idea that the liberals never thought through before proposing it. I started caddying when I was 12. Some the best times of my life, and learned about hard work. I can see where that would go against obama wanting as many people dependent on the govt. as possible. Heaven forbid kids grow up with a good work ethic.

Where have we heard about that before?

One disclaimer sentence that kids on their own farm are exempt does not preclude they can't work on a neighbors farm, or a co-operative grain elevator or...you may be enamored with the feelings in the 'child' part of labor laws, this one proposed last August by Ms. Solis at DoL, but this is gross over reach by your kind of thinkers, frieda. Thinkers=Liberal do-gooders=we know what's best regardless of outcomes.
