Good point. Unfortunately it is all about perception and for some reason I feel Wandy is underrated compared to those guys.

Wandy is also the owner of a 3.90 FIP, 3.93 xFIP, 4.08 tERA, and a 4.04 SIERA. He’s also five years older than the other two, and strike out fewer batters. I think people are making too big of a deal about his SO/9 hurting him in the AL, but it is a slight concern.
