I think the Yanks prevail tomorrow but somehow I feel these guys won't determine the outcome. Andy on short rest and the fact that Pedro needs 10 days between starts to be sharp. I'd sign up for 6 innings and 3 runs from Andy right now. Pedro won't hold us down twice.

Not that I'm interested in some beat column writer form South Florida... or what relevance it has, which is in my mind none... for that same writer with one post plugging his/her own beat article.

To a journalist who has been here for years, but never once plugged his own feature articles.

With that said and without clicking the link... I do agree.

Yes. This game will be one for the ages for sure.

Say what you want about Pedro but he has been one of the best pitchers in the game.
And now against his nemesis: the All Time Post Season Winner, our beloved Andy Pettite.

I'm predicting an instant classic.

Just for the record, the writer of the column has nothing to do with the posting. Our newspaper (the Naples, Fla., Daily News) tries to get links out to sites where readers might appreciate additional information.

We'll know what we have with Andy early...

The key with Andy is his curveball...He struggled in game 3 because his curve had no bite to it...If he is able to throw the curveball over the outside part of the plate for a strike against righties he'll give us a vintage Pettitte outing...

Pedro i think will get hit hard this time around, the Yanks gave him way too much respect in game 2 as if he was the Pedro of old...I would look for them to jump on that weak fastball a lot more than they did in game 2...

ESPECIALLY Jeter and A-Rod. God, some of those pitches just sailed by them.
